Påskestrikking/Easterknitting

Innimellom studier og påske aktiviteter ble det tid til sokke strikking. Første par ble Show-off Stranded Socks. Kjemperaske sokker å strikke så snart jeg fant ut av den spesielle helen som jeg aldri hadde strikket før. Garn. Fabel fra Garnstudio. Pinner: 2.5mm

Neste par var Kerttu sokkene jeg fant i en blogg. Kjempefint mønster som var lette å strikke. Det ble gjort i helga. Bursdagsgave til en niese som fylte 20 år. Yarn: Rubin. Pinner: 4mm

Next pair was Kerttu Socks. A lovely pattern I found on a blog. Easy to knit. I did it in the weekend. Birthday gift for a niece who turned 20 y.o. Yarn: Rubin. Needles: 4mm

Regional Yarn Swap - Ravelry

This lovely packet is from Regional Yarn Swap at Ravelry. The grey ball is from Brown French Angora Rabbit. VERY soft. Will be mitts for me when I find a pattern I like. The blue one is hand spun wool, linen 50% 50%. Colorway is oceanic. Also very soft yarn. The white is Upland cotton, undyed. Now I`ve no excuse to do my very first dying. I think I`ve got some Kool Aid somewhere. My partner froggingqueen also enclosed a dishtowel, soap, sticker, seashell ornament, beaded trim and brochures from South Carolina. Thanks a lot for all the goodies.
