Secret Pal 14 - first packet

Today I received the first SP 14 packet. What a lovely surprise it was to get a box from Ravelry.com My pal had ordered me a T-shirt and a mug from them. I have so happy to receive it, as I never expected someone to order me something from Ravelry. The T-shirt fitted me perfectly. Will wear it at work tomorrow. Thanks a lot to my secret pal, who I`m sure is stalking my blog to see when the packet arrive. :)

Angel packet - The Super Swapper - Ravelry

I never received the May packet in this swap from my original partner, but yesterday when I arrived home from some days in Finland, I found this angel packet from Melanie. I couldn`t believe my own eyes when I saw all the goodies I got from her. I got totally stunned. Thanks a lot.

Flere tøfler/more slippers

Har helt dilla på disse tøflene. Så lette og raske å hekle. I can`t stop making those slippers, fast and easy to crochet.

Min nye hobby - hekling/my new hobby - crocheting

Have hardly done any crocheting since the 1970`s when I first learned it. When I saw those knitted slippers in the book Hekling i sommersol (crocheting in the summersun) by Olaug Kleppe, I just had to re-learn it. With a painful back I`ve been sitting on my sofa all week crocheting.

Baktus sjal/shawl

I`d some Alize Lanagold yarn I bought in Arkhangelsk, Russia last year. For a long time I`ve been looking for a pattern to use them for and came over this Baktus pattern in a blog. This shawl can be found in many Norwegian blogs.
